Managing your account & data

Update your profile, control your data, and delete your account if you need to.

You control your Optimate account and the data in it. You can update your profile and notification preferences, disconnect any social account, and request deletion of your account and data.

Common actions

  • Update profile and notifications in Settings.
  • Disconnect a social account or Claude in Settings → Connections.
  • Delete your account and associated data via the account-deletion process.

How do I delete my account and data?

Use the account-deletion request in your account settings. This removes your account and associated data; some records may be retained only where required by law.

Does Optimate share my data?
